We work exclusively with established, high-tier buyers — including luxury and specialty retailers, premium supermarket groups, luxury department stores, private clubs, hospitality operators, airlines, cruise lines, and premium nightlife venues. We do not work with individual consumers or low-margin commodity buyers.

Our sourcing expertise covers a broad range of premium product categories across Taiwan and Mainland China. We are best positioned to discuss your specific requirements in detail. Please submit an RFI with your category of interest and a member of our team will respond with our relevant capabilities.

Every shipment that moves through our network is subject to a mandatory pre-shipment on-site inspection by our team. We also conduct recurring audits of all active supplier facilities. Full documentation — including certificates of origin, compliance certificates, and chain-of-custody records — is maintained for every engagement. Minimum order volumes vary by product category and supplier. We serve both boutique buyers with targeted orders and large-format retail groups requiring significant volume. Please describe your requirements in your RFI and we will advise accordingly.

We respond to all RFIs within 2 business days. For time-sensitive matters, please indicate the urgency in your message and we will prioritize accordingly. All correspondence is handled directly by a member of our senior team — not a call centre.
