We compile a full documentary trail for every shipment: certificates of origin, compliance certifications, customs documentation, and chain-of-custody records.
We track every shipment to confirmed delivery and conduct post-delivery follow-up with our clients to ensure satisfaction and address any arising issues immediately.
On-Site Inspections
Before a single unit leaves our network, our team conducts rigorous on-site inspections at the point of origin. No shipment is approved sight-unseen — regardless of the supplier's tenure in our network.
This protocol applies to every client engagement, from a boutique order of specialty goods to a large-volume commercial delivery for a department store group.
We check dimensions, materials, labeling compliance, and packaging integrity — all verified personally, in person, before the goods move.
Supply Chain Transparency
